I have faced many areas of grief in my personal life, whether it be the loss of close friends, dealing with health issues, losing a beloved pet or facing the aftermath of emotional, spiritual, physical and sexual abuse. There was a time in my life where I felt myself drowning beneath the weight of trauma and loss. A friend recommended this program to me, and after all that I had faced, I decided I had nothing else to lose.
