About Cass
Hi! My name is Cass, and I am a Grief Recovery Method Specialist. I found the program super beneficial for examining the grief that we typically cover up and for sharing it with a person or a group. Saying words out loud to another person whose only job is to listen is a very empowering feeling. This has helped me better work through my grief and my own trauma experiences.

I am currently working on getting my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. I have an undergrad degree in Recreation. I am also employed at a local community recovery center and have my Peer Support License. To know a little bit more about I love hiking, music, video games, reading, art, and playing my guitar. I'm eclectic and enjoy a wide variety of hobbies! Helping people is my biggest passion and my goal is to inspire and provide hope for the people I meet on this life journey. :)
