Funny enough — it wasn’t because of a recent loss. I actually came to the program because it was a requirement for something else I wanted to participate in. Looking back, I’m forever grateful for that requirement. For most of my life, I was someone who internalized my feelings. I thought I was “fine” — until I realized I was carrying around years of unresolved grief from childhood and life experiences I had never truly processed. This work changed my life! In 2012, I became a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist because I knew I wanted to help others find the same healing I had found. My heart especially beats for supporting women — to help them heal what’s unresolved so they can show up fully and freely for the people they love most. I work with clients 1:1 and in small groups, both online and in-person, from right here in Northeast Ohio.
