If I were to need another round to deal with a different grief, I would most certainly request Dee Dee Doling-Dade as my facilitator. She did an excellent job.

The program helped me realize my feelings were valid and that ignoring them were causing more issues.

The openness and support of the facilitator throughout the program helped me feel more comfortable and motivated in the group and to take the work seriously and be honest with myself when doing it.

Both facilitators were compassionate and vulnerable with us, while also maintaining a professionalism that allowed for us to use them as sounding boards too. I felt safe. I felt heard. They helped a vulnerable group, in vulnerable circumstances, to come together and feel safe and heard.
