Hello! I’m so happy you are here. Let me introduce myself! My name is Ellen Antoniszyn. I’m born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario. I am incredibly lucky to be surrounded by so much nature and beauty. I have been an elementary teacher for almost 10 years and love every second with my students. I came across the Grief Recovery Method in 2019 and fell in love with the program. I LOVE what I do. It changed my life for the better and I cannot wait to help to change yours. It consists of an evidence-based program that can help to ease the heartbreak you’re experiencing. I was fortunate myself to participate in an 8 week program in with three other wonderful people who I had never met at the time. Each of us with our own unique losses showed me how much of a range and difference each loss had. The ease of vulnerability that came, the healing I felt and the tools I acquired changed my life. I decided to become a specialist myself because of how much the program helped me. Loss is inevitable. We all have experienced loss. A death, divorce,miscarriage, job loss, pet loss- the list goes on and unfortunately on. I’m here to help heal, to help hear and to help understand each and every unique situation that you have experienced. I can promise you, this program is so worth it.
