Hello, my name is Estelle, I am a Grief Recovery Specialist and ICF Accredited Coach. I am located in Northumberland,UK and provide Grief Recovery Services I found Grief Recovery in 2018, when my partner tragically took his own life, following an extensive period of work-related stress. Grief Recovery enabled me to process my grief and also undertake closure on the pain from the grief I was experiencing at the time. Having this experience with the Grief Recovery Method, I decided to also train as a Grief Recovery Specialist because the tools are amazing and they helped me tremendously to process my unresolved grief, so I can now help others on their journey of grief recovery. Over the years, there have been many other losses in my life, parents, grandparents, miscarriage, job loss, redundancy to name but a few, we are never taught at school how to deal with our emotions and unprocessed grief, what we do learn comes from others views opinions and expectations, non of which are necessarily true and supportive. So now, I work with people like you, from a place of your truth in taking you into Grief Recovery and Beyond.
