Gina S. Jackson, MOSH, GSP

My name is Gina S. Jackson, I am a wife and a mother. I have experienced several losses in my life that involved death of loved ones, job loss, pet loss, relationship loss, classmate/friend loss, financial loss, incarceration, illnesses loss and many more. My journey with the Grief Recovery Institute began after the loss of my eldest brother, Bernard. I had given up on life, life had become just something to do, I was not living anymore, I was only existing. I began with a one on one with a certified Grief Recovery Specialist, from there I went into a group, my life started to matter again, and I began to feel alive. I then began to think about how I could help others with their loss and recovery from darkness. I was approaching year three of the anniversary of Bernard's passing and I decided to attend the Grief Recovery Institute training. The Grief Recovery Method training for me revived me and my life became significant. It was at that moment I knew without a doubt I had to help others. I currently provide Advanced Grief Recovery Method services, which includes online, one on one, and group sessions, no matter your location. I currently hold a Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health with a concentration in Environmental Science. I am a Graduate Safety Practitioner with the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, I have done facilitating work with the State of Ohio, in addition to holding a Bachelors and Associate Degree. My journey continues as my work begins with helping you.
