Hurting from the loss of my husband, brother and job all within 4 months was very devastating. The next 2 years I went through the motions of healing. Being an Elder at my church, I continued to minister and teach new members class, but something was missing. Knowing how I felt about my loss, made me sensitive to others that were going through a loss of their own. Having a passion for those that are hurting and wanting to help heal them from within. I had a desire to be trained more on Grief Recovery. I asked for assistance from another Minister who has done Grief recovery for years and she gave me a few choices to research. I finally chose the Grief Recovery Method training. Now as a Grief Recovery Method Specialist I can help others recovery from the loss they are experiencing and move forward.I do both one on one and group sessions.
