About Judy

Welcome to my profile. I am deeply grateful to offer this incredible method for Grief Recovery both as a group facilitator and one on one in the Boston and Metrowest region of Massachusetts and as an online faciitator for anyone, anywhere in the world. I am no stranger to grief. I started a non profit www.benspeaks.org after losing my middle child Ben to suicide at eighteen years old in 2009. After Ben, I lost my marriage of 30 years, my two sisters and my mom. This method has given me the best tools and actions to take to unpack these losses in a way that nothing else has. I look forward to serving you. Additionally, I am an Empowerment coach supporting my clients to move beyond beliefs that block them from living their best lives and helping them structure through goals and actions toward their dreams. My Experience

During the program I learned that I was holding many guilts and regrets deeply in my heart. This caused me to close off and Try to protect myself. On top of this I was now grieving the loss of my Son. The program helped me open up and acknowledge, to apoligize and forgive. I can now continue my grieving process with less pain and more openness.
