In 2017, due to the loss of my husband and son, 8 years before, and a few others in between, my heart was drawn fully into a direction and path I was always walking towards and I had the privilege of finding The Grief Recovery Institute and becoming a Grief Recovery Method Specialist. My passion is to educate individuals on what grief is and how to deal with it. As so eloquently stated by a fellow grief recovery specialist "It is in the emptying of their heart, to our listening ear, that compassion is awakened." I reside in Southern, California and my aim is to help those who have experienced any type of loss through workshops, seminars, one-on-ones and group sessions.
