I wanted to find additional information on grief to help my directees. I brought to the group the grief I was experiencing missing my pre-Alzheimer's mother while I was caring for her in my home. I honored the process of the Grief Recovery Method by actively showing up and completing the work alongside a very caring Specialist, and afterward there was such a profound shift in the way I felt that I knew eventually I would be trained as a Specialist. Offering this program to others is important to me. I live close to Columbus, Ohio, but I offer Zoom 7 or 8 week programs for groups or individuals - as well as In-Person groups that will be held in Westerville, Ohio. [email protected]

The program really helped me with my grief I was experiencing with my father. It was able to help me see that the feeling that I was having and helped me really helped me in working through the feelings and how to deal with them going forward.
