About Patrick O’Neill Grief changes everything. You don’t have to face it alone. In 2021, I experienced a series of devastating losses that changed my life forever. Within eight months, my mother, my wife, and my mother-in-law all passed away. That time plunged me into the depths of grief—and set me on a path toward healing and purpose. Along the way, I found the Grief Recovery Method. It offered me clear, compassionate guidance when I needed it most. I found it so helpful that I became a certified Grief Recovery Specialist to help others move through their own grief journeys. Today, I walk alongside people navigating loss, offering a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore their grief, reconnect with themselves, and begin to make sense of life again. My approach blends lived experience, professional training, and deep respect for each person’s unique process. Whether your loss is recent or years behind you, I’m here to walk with you—one step at a time. I now live in Eastern North Carolina, where I offer grief coaching to individuals and groups in person and online.
