Hi - I'm Tina and I found the Grief Recovery Method to learn a different approach to managing a lifetime of loss. From the time of losing my father at the age of 8, I was not given helpful tools to manage grief. When the entire world suddenly changed due to COVID in 2020, I was familiar with grief but not how to fully recover from the accrual of so much loss. I built a career out of helping others with addiction, mental health issues and trauma yet still needed more my own grief recovery work. I found the Grief Recovery Method as a means to learn how to heal the wounds of loss. I am a Clinical Social Worker located in Santa Fe, NM with a private teletherapy psychotherapy practice along with offering individual and group Grief Recovery Method.
