Hello! I am Tanndra, and I was first introduced to the Grief Recovery Method in 2014 in hopes of healing from the death of my mother, who had died in 2002, TWELVE years earlier. After completing the seven week GRM group, I felt like a weight had finally been lifted. That's when I realized just how HEAVY grief can be! I wish I had learned about the Grief Recovery Method sooner, and perhaps it could have saved me all those years of intense pain. Now that I am Grief Recovery Method Specialist, I am honored and excited to offer this gift to others who are grieving!
I am also a Licensed Master Social Worker, and I currently offer 1-on-1 Grief Support in Muscle Shoals, Alabama and the surrounding Shoals area.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
