I have seen people who were ready to walk away from their faith be healed and stay faithful. I've seen marriages that were on the brink of divorce, heal, and they're still together. Hello everybody, my name is Cole James and welcome to the Feel Free Again podcast. I'm your host and this podcast is all about talking about emotional pain from the past.

Some people would call that loss, some people would call that trauma, some people call that grief, some people would call that a number of other things, right? But the point is that we're not scared to talk about those things here and we want to talk about those things. We also want to provide hope and tell you the audience, the listener, how we have moved through our pain, our emotional pain from the past. This can be from the death of someone.

It can be from over 40 other life events that will create and produce these feelings of unfinished emotional business with usually in a relationship. We decided we need a podcast because there's so much that the tools that we use specifically, which is called the grief recovery method. There's so much that this method can help people with, but you wouldn't naturally know it. Most people think about trauma and grief and those sorts of things.

They think of it around losing someone to a death, right? Which is absolutely in this realm of work. But you can also work on many, many other different losses. So if you haven't, please tune in to other episodes and we cover all different topics.

Today, I'm really excited to introduce to you our guest. Her name is Susan Dittinger. She is a dear friend of mine. I know her husband.

I know her children. I am a big fan of her families and Susan. Susan is also a facilitator, a trainer in the grief recovery method. So we offer certification training where you can come and learn these tools to help people in your community.
