What do we do with the stuff that they're stuck with when they think about the person who died? They're stuck with regret or the things they wish were better different more. What about those loss of hope streams and expectations for the future? That's where I don't know what we would do without the grief-carving method.

Wow. Hello everybody. My name is Cole James. Welcome back to the Feel Free again podcast.

I think we have a really great episode in store for you today. So thank you for joining us. If you don't know what we do, I lead an organization and we help people with grief and loss and trauma and pain and emotional hurt from their past, right? And so we're all about having conversations about that openly and honestly and it does not matter if you're listening because you've suffered a recent loss or you're a professional looking for more skills and tools that help others.

You're in the right place if you want to learn more about emotional pain and heartbreak from the past and how we help people kind of work through that and heal from that. Today I am joined by the one and only Ashley Milke. I've known Ashley for a long time and I've wanted Ashley on the podcast for a long time. So I'm so glad she is here.

She is the founder and CEO of the grief and trauma healing center in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. And she does many things. She's a registered psychologist there. She is also in school right now to get her doctor of psychology to degree.

So I'd love to catch up on you with where you're at on that. She's also a mom and she is also a wife and basically does everything. So you'll hear more about that today in our conversation. But first off Ashley, thank you so much for being here today.
