Hello everyone, my name is Cole James and welcome back to the Feel Free Again podcast. I have a very special guest who I'm joined with today. I'm very excited to speak with her about all of the amazing work that she is doing with grief recovery and other things. And today I am joined by Wakaba Nakamura Taitano.

She is the president of what recovery incorporated and we will learn more about what she does in the organization that she leads. And so first and foremost Wakaba, I'm honored to be here with you. Thank you so much for being part of the show. Thank you so much, Cole.

I'm very honored as well for this great invitation. This is my first time, so I'm kind of tight, tense, but... But you should get your amus. I'm a good speaker, good chatter, so...

Yeah, I have no doubt. I have no doubt. Yeah, definitely don't be tense. We're just friends talking here.

You know what you have done with the grief recovery method is nothing short of amazing. When we talk internally about you and your team, we hold you guys in the highest regard in terms of the professionalism, the care, and the heart that you guys have for this work. And again, we'll get into that more throughout the podcast. But again, no need to be worry.

You know, nervous at all because again, we're just friends and family talking. So, Wakaba, usually where I start with our guest is if you wouldn't mind just letting our listeners know a little bit about how you became aware of the grief recovery method, how you became involved with it. What is your start point with the grief recovery method? It's kind of an interesting story, but my occupation or my profession was totally different.
