Hi - I'm Karen....I know NWO (North West Ohio) ! From graduating High School in Toledo to Lima Technical College in Lima, Delta to Fostoria. My Nursing has taken me all over! Through the Grief Recovery Method, I am re-educating myself with the coping skills needed. Identifying feelings that I have ignored for years. The biggest challenge and "turning my world upside down" was the love of my life dying. There is only going forward. I have learned grief is cumulative and my ignored feelings were my prison. I am available for one-to-one, and groups. I also do Zoom to accommodate social distancing.
