About Lisa

Lisa Grace is an Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, Certified Divorce Coach & Transformational Life Coach. As someone who has been through a divorce, I understand the overwhelm divorce can cause. Along with the many decisions to be made, we are also grieving the end of marriage. The weight of it all can feel overwhelming. Why use the Grief Recovery Method for healing: Like most people, we associate the word grief exclusively with death. But in reality, a romantic breakup aka divorce is the “death” of a relationship. It ends the hopes, dreams, and expectations that we had for the future. If you want to move on in your life you owe it to yourselves to heal from your past relationships and losses. If you don’t, you may bring old baggage into a new relationship, which is a recipe for disaster, trust me. GRM is for: • Anyone who has experienced the end of a romantic relationship, due to death and or divorce whether recently or long ago. • Anyone who has a broken heart or has experienced a string of broken romances and is tired of the merry-go-round. • Anyone who recognizes that their current romantic involvement is on rocky ground but doesn't know why or what to do about it. • Anyone who has stopped trying to find happiness in a romantic relationship, believing that it just isn't possible. • Anyone who has unresolved loss and wants to heal their heart. Lisa’s passion is to provide women hope for the future, to be of service to the broken-hearted. Lisa serves the greater Sacramento & Roseville area as well as on-line, all are welcome Schedule your free Discovery Call to learn more: https://calendly.com/lisa-2ndact/2nd-act-discovery-call

My Experience

This program allowed me to be honest and truthful with myself. I re-examined my past with my relationship with my adoptive mom, who I did not have a relationship with during her time here. This process was done without critiquing, blaming or hurtful thoughts or words to myself or my mom. Although I hesitated when I had to write my letter, I am thankful I willingly stepped up and wrote my letter to my mom. This program has help me resolve hurt and painful memories of my childhood. Unlike counseling, I do not need to go back and rehash "stuff". Thank you, Lisa, for being my coach!
