A very close friend of mine introduced me to GRM and has raved about the impact it has had on her. After reading the handbook I realised that I had not completed on any of the life changing events in my life, the loss of my grandma at 9 years old, the unexpected death of my mother and my divorce to name but a few. I started doing the personal work and realised how powerful this method is and how differently I felt after reaching completion. I offer Grief Recovery Method for individuals and groups: Grief, Pet Loss programmes, and Helping children with loss.
