My name is Mary Stockton, I was born and raised on the East Coast. I grew up in a divorced household and split my time between Virginia and California. I found The Grief Recovery Method® in 2014 when I was 40 years old, I was recently married with a 9 month old baby. Suddenly, I found myself at a stand still in life and all of the grief I had been stuffing for years just unfolded like a tital wave leaving me struggling and lost. I was introduced to The Grief Recovery Method®. WOW! It was as if the clouds cleared and I was able to take a step forward. I found ME in this process. I was able to safely process grief and feel my heart. I had no idea how freeing that would feel.  It enabled me to live my life again. It was INCREDIBLE! I knew at that moment that I had to teach this to others. In 2015, I became a Certified Grief Recovery® Specialist with the Grief Recovery Method®.
