I began my journey with the Grief Recovery Method (GRM), over 3 years ago, with the hope that it would help me because up to this point nothing else had worked for me. After already suffering multiple losses in my life, the death of my father was the breaking point for me. I was devastated beyond words and my soul was shattered. The despair and pain were so deep and intense that I could not function. It was then that a good friend of mine, who was a GRM Specialist, introduced me to this evidence-based method. This method helped me to process and heal my pain. The support and the accountability of the GRM Specialist was a key factor in my recovery. I have since become a GRM Specialist myself, and my aim is to help those who are experiencing grief, due to various types of losses, heal and find hope. Because sometimes it is ok, not to be ok.
