I know first-hand how the losses in our lives can get us stuck and unable to move forward, overwhelmed by the weight of our grief. I am humbled and honored to do this heart work, helping my clients recover, reclaim and redefine LIVING! The many losses in my own life including the death of my mother, 3 of her sisters, and a 23 year marriage, led me on a journey of self-discovery and introspection. For years, I thought I'd 'dealt' with the grief of those losses and others that followed, including the death of my father. Then, my soulmate died from cancer and it brought me to my knees and the real work began... with the Grief Recovery Method. The experience was life changing and healing in a way that therapy and other tools I had at my disposal were not. It has inspired me beyond measure and I'm excited to work with and support my clients on their recovery journey. In addition to being a Grief Recovery Specialist, I am a certified Life Coach specializing in helping clients process their grief, let go of the pain and move forward with purpose and joy. Programs offered: GRM 1-on-1 and Groups in both the virtual and in person formats; Helping Children With Loss in person. Note: In person formats are held the metro Atlanta, GA area.
