About The Format
Have you felt alone or isolated after a loss in your life? Feeling overwhelmed? Are you looking to learn about how you can heal after a loss? Have the tools you've been using to deal with a loss not been helpful for you? Have you felt helpless to know what you can do to feel connected in life, joy, or happiness again?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, then please join me for my upcoming Open Seminar, where we will explore what you can do to find renewed happiness, connection, and enjoy life after any loss you have been through. We all do the best we can with the tools we have been taught. Come learn more about some incredibly helpful tools that have helped millions of people heal and move forward in life with renewed hope, joy and happiness
A Note From The Presenter:
During this one-day retreat, we will explore unconventional definitions of grief, and discuss myths and how they may have threaded through our own personal experiences. Using guided conversations, we will investigate how others’ comments or our own internal dialogue can lead to less healthy coping, and we will co-create space to express past hurts and frustrations. Additionally, we’ll discuss ways to better cope with big emotions during grief and how to further connect with our own healing pathways. There will be opportunities for self-reflection, group sharing and discussion, as well as take-home information to support you in continuing the journey of healing.
Please arrive ready to start at 9am. We will break for lunch on our own at 12, and you are welcome to bring lunch or eat in nearby dining options. We will reconvene at 1pm, and we will complete our day at 4pm. The morning and afternoon blocks will be partly group learning time and partly individual reflection time, with time for personal breaks. Refreshments will be available throughout the day. The venue is a lovely house in West Linn, the address will be provided upon registration.
Covid & Health Safety Measures: The venue is professionally cleaned and sanitized. If you feel ill, or suspect you have been exposed to a communicable disease, please do not attend. There will be hand sanitizer available. A maximum of 17 people will be in attendance. If you feel comfortable wearing a mask, you are welcome to do so.
