Hello,

I am Melissa Bridgewater, a Christian, mother, educator, educational consultant, and certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist based in central New Jersey. My journey with grief began as a young adult when I lost my 5-year-old nephew in an accident. This profound loss was my first major encounter with the physical pain of heartache. At that time, my family and I navigated our grief as best we could, but I often wish we had been aware of the Grief Recovery Method.
