The program has helped me face a grief I had been distracting myself from for years. It helped me work through an emotional trauma that was keeping me in a cycle of harmful decisions. I am now able to address and work through anything that might trigger this grief moving forward and I feel more myself. I know I still have a lot of things to figure out and work through, but GRM has been such a healthy release and starting point for moving forward in my life.

I would recommend this group to anyone experiencing grief or loss. I felt safe and supported during a really hard emotional time in my life. The meetings and homework helped me learn new tools and ways of thinking. I am so appreciative for this experience.

I have had a group meeting to look forward to every week. I’ve now gotten complete with my dad and am living life totally new with him, like we get to start from scratch. This is also helping me see patterns with other relationships and I am seeing that I’m capable of having healthy, exciting, loving relationships again. I’ve also made friends from the group and am creating healthy, powerful relationships in my life. Loved this experience, will recommend others.
