Katie’s guidance opened me up to address past experiences and in turn become emotionally complete with experiences beyond what had originally brought me to work with her. She thoughtfully brought more of my emotions to the surface that I tucked away for years. I can attest GRM is not limited to grief felt after a loss from death. My healing has produced a ripple effect from the inside out affecting other areas of my life. I am incredibly thankful for Katie and GRM! This program helped me learn how to navigate the journey of grief. Grief is always evolving and so are our emotions with grief, and this program helped me tackle the emotions that come with grief. I learned to give myself grace in many circumstances while dealing with loss of my mom, and was able to come to peace with many situations from our relationship.
