Hello. My name is Elizabeth Henson. My goal for taking the Grief Recovery Method was to enhance my tools for both my personal and work life. What I gained is a new appreciation for how to recover from grief. One of my first vivid memories is the death of my mother a few weeks after my sixth birthday. My journey has given me my share of many forms of grief from deaths, divorce, loss of employment, friendships, and more. It is my hope to help others on their path of grief to recovery. I am a certified Hospice Chaplain, ordained and licensed Minister with over thirty years of experience working and volunteering in ministry.
