Grief is the natural response to loss and loss is everywhere…the loss of a relationship, a job, health, etc. and each loss is wrapped in grief. Unfortunately, few of us have been taught about grief and we often get stuck in the process. The Grief Recovery Method offers a step-by-step process that can help you move forward. As an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, I lead grievers one-on-one or in group classes through the Grief Recovery Method. Once this process is learned this method can be repeated over and over again as other losses come your way.
