About The Format

The GRM Alumni Group is for those who have previously completed the Method in either the 1-1 or group formats. In this program, participants will be able to work through an additional loss they have experienced using the tools of the Method they learned previously. The GRM Alumni groups provide the emotional support, safety, and confidentiality you are familiar with as you complete what is emotionally incomplete and a source of pain for you.

A Note From The Presenter:

Have you ever participated in a group or 1-on-1 Grief Recovery Method (GRM) program? Did you find it be as transformation for you as I found it to be for me? During the program, did you discover that there were other losses that you thought you had dealt with, but didn't? Are you ready to work on those other losses now? If you answered yes to each of those questions, then the Navigate GRM Alumni Group is for you. The 4 Week advanced program will allow you to reacquaint yourself with our evidence based GRM format, and complete undelivered communications on those hopes, dreams and expectations that you wish had been different, better, or more. The group is coed, is being held virtually and is limited to 8 people per group. Participants are selected on a first come, first served basis. There is a $50 nonrefundable registration fee required at signup. The program investment is only $295 and can be paid via CashApp: $tsh5lton. Payments plans are available on an as needed basis.

For a limited time, Navigate is offering a one-time $200.00 scholarship to qualified participants, which will cover a huge portion of your GRM investment. This is great news! Contact me at [email protected] if you would like to be considered for one of the Navigate Scholarships, or would like more information on our payment plan option.

Mark your calendar to attend a brief Information Session on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at 7:30 PM.

A series of very significant losses (family, friends, loved ones, divorce, etc.) led me to the conclusion that I didn't know how to effectively deal with those losses. I thought that a college degree in counseling would be more than enough to help me with my personal issues of grief and loss. I even incorporated extra classes to specialize in working with males in general, African-American males in particular, adolescents and people of color. The head knowledge was not enough to help me honestly work through the stuffed and repressed emotional realities of my many unaddressed pain, necessary to heal my heart. After the deaths of...
