Greetings, my name is Pauletta Hatchett and I'd like to introduce myself as a person who is very acquainted with lived experiences of grief, pain, loss, death, and sorrow. My life's journey was filled with many grief experiences including death of parents and a sibling, changes from having excellent health to experiencing a stroke and later rebounding from that, going through a difficult divorce, and and walking through disillusionment and grief in the workplace, At times, grief seemed to overwhelm and overtake me and contributed to me getting "stuck" emotionally.
