About The Format

This program is taught in four 2.5 hour long sessions offered once a week. There is reading and assignments in between sessions. HCWL Groups are not drop in style groups. All GRM programs are structured and action oriented.

The Helping children with loss program supports parents, social workers , teachers and care givers. Offering the correct tools in a safe and respectful environment ,free of judgment criticism or fixing. always with the goal to assist children through the challenges they face in life , whether it be through the loss of a loved one, coping with unexpected challenges like moving home or being unable to enjoy relationship's with loved ones. This evidenced based course will give those who attend a tool for life, that will be priceless for children needing support.

My name is Tracey I became aware of the Grief Recovery Method after my husband passed after a relatively short cancer diagnosis. I was experiencing overwhelming grief.
