Hello everybody. Welcome back to the Feel Free again podcast. Today I am joined by another friend of mine. I'm starting this podcast with a lot of friends of mine and people I really respect.

We're going to have guests who have never met before and that will be fun. I'm really excited right now that these first several guests are people I just highly respect and love and care about. Today we're joined by the wonderful the one and only Catherine Best. She is another kind of hero of mine.

Someone that inspires me with the work she's done all throughout her life. Specifically over the last several years many many years we'll get into that here in a second. But what she's done with the grief recovery method and what she's done with the grief recovery methods specifically at helping children and parents of children and schools and school administrators and teachers and you know anyone that is dealing on a daily basis with kids. She's been her passion to help empower them and educate them so that they can effectively help the kids in their care.

So without any further ado Catherine Best I want to welcome you to Feel Free again podcast. How are you? I am great. Thank you.

Am I your first English guest on the podcast? Am I kind of striking up the lead here? You are absolutely the first British guest. I have I have my tea here.

I'm like all set up. You know I would love to hear I would love to hear your version of an American accent at some point. That's one of my favorite things to do is have British people talk like Americans. So maybe we'll have time for that.
