Hello everyone, welcome back to the Feel Free Again podcast. I am your host, Cole James. And this is one of those episodes where I saw this person on the schedule and I was like, oh, I cannot wait to talk to her. So, um, today we are joined by Leilani Colibri, which is going to take me a little bit of getting used to because I know her as Laura Jack and many of you have a group of specialists, Laura is Laura Jack and she has made the choice to change her name.

And I'm just learning about this about 25 minutes ago, right? So if I say Laura throughout the podcast, I apologize, I'm going to work on my hardest to stick with Leilani. And she is a good friend of mine. She's a, we're family friends.

I love her and her family and she is just an incredible person, very, very skilled at the grief recovery. Method is also an author of, a book called The Compassion Code. And we'll probably later in this episode get to talk about the stuff she's doing over there. And she was also a trainer with us for a long time and very, very talented at helping people utilizing grief recovery.

So without any further ado, Leilani, thank you for your time and I'm excited to talk with you. Yay, woo, woo, I'm so happy to be here. Awesome. It's great to see you, Cole.

And I'm so excited to be able to have this conversation. Yep, yep, me too. And you know, sometimes I've, I'm meeting the guest for the first time. And so we kind of strategize what we're going to talk about just a little bit loosely.

And we started doing that and it was like, yeah, this is kind of unnecessary, right? Because we always have plenty to talk about on our thoughts on how to help the world or help people. And I know you are chock full of opinions and ideas and I am too. And you know, so again, I'm really interested.
