Testimonials For Jeff O'Dell
grief is a tough process. our group did not all participate in the same way. not all did their homework. it took time. I did the homework and learned a great deal. others found to too hard to dredge up those memories. you get out what you put in. if people think their grief will disappear after taking the course they may be disappointed.

This program, the book and the homework was beneficial in helping me understand different types of grief, my reactions to it, identify them in my life and how they can affect my life without me even realizing it. I basically understand what it means to find completion with a life situation that may have caused me grief.

I’m still working through completing multiple losses in my life and I’ve had additional losses since the loss I originally came to the class for. It’s been an overwhelming past two years. This class will help me as I move forward and I’m appreciative of the understanding.

I think I am some better and know I'm not crazy for still having trouble with crying after 11 months after my husband's death.

I learned quite a bit the 1st time I took the class. It helped having a refresher class. It is very comforting having someone who understands exactly how you feel and explains how you can feel better in the long term. I had no idea why I was 'stuck' from a death 26 years before & now that I'm complete, I am free to remember the happy memories of my loved one and to apply that knowledge to other losses. Thank You. I'm not sure the answer was entered correctly for how many hours spent in class per day/week. Our class was 1 1/2 hours long. We met once a week. The survey wouldn't let me put that answer in on that line.

The program has given me tools to get through grief and loss. I will use the relationship graphs, and be able to complete relationships that require completion.

At times I feel as if I need to return to the Recovery program, but I find that some days are not so good and other days are fine
