Tammy was very empathetic, gentle and supportive throughout the 8 weeks and always available for any extra questions or guidance that I needed outside of the formal scheduled times. Her care is genuine and it is clear that she has personally benefited from doing this program, making her examples and guidance personal and heartfelt. I felt safe to be in sessions with her and she always communicated in a kind, honest and respectful way. She models being a big heart with big listening ears and never did I felt any judgement or shame as I journeyed through this course. I am grateful for her passion to help and guide people on their grief journey and wish her great blessings as she helps many drivers find direction.

Tammy Fleming as a faciliator was upmost respectful, helpful, empathetic, clear, available, caring and supportive guide. I could not ask for more, she was there above and beyond every atep of the way. I look forward to doing When children grief program with her as well as the Alumni and surely will recomend her as the top choice to others. Thank you!

Her vulnerability is what stood out to me. Obviously someone is certified, has been through trainings, has experience leading groups, but her vulnerability in sharing her journeys through grief and the Grief Recovery Method was unexpected. It made me think "she gets it, she's been there". It also helped with explaining the homework assignments and reassured me to "trust the process".

Before starting, I was worried about the language barrier, but Tammy provided me with complete support and confidence that I could use my own words to do the homework in this program. It truly worked! Tammy is incredibly understanding, professional, and selfless, regardless of her location, fatigue, or the challenging situations she encounters. She made you feel acceptable, comfortable without pressure, and respected.
