Our 2½ Day Personal Workshop will help you attain the tools that you need to process all of your grief-related emotions with the goal being to regain a sense of hope and purpose in life.
About The Format
This program is taught over two days by a carefully selected, highly skilled and experienced, GRM Specialist that has undergone Advanced Training to offer the Grief Recovery Method in an intensive 2½ day format. All GRM programs are confidential, structured and action oriented.

This live, interactive 2½-day online Grief Recovery Workshop offers a safe, structured, and supportive space for individuals who are experiencing the pain of loss. Whether your grief comes from the death of a loved one, divorce or breakup, estrangement, health challenges, career loss, or other significant life changes, this workshop provides practical tools to help you move forward.
Unlike traditional grief support that focuses on coping or sharing stories, this workshop is action-oriented and evidence-based, guiding participants through proven steps of the Grief Recovery Method®. You’ll learn how grief really works, identify unresolved emotions tied to loss, and complete meaningful exercises designed to reduce emotional pain.
Over the course of two full days plus a half day, you will:
Gain a new understanding of grief and common myths that can keep people stuck
Work through losses in a private, respectful, and confidential environment
Learn practical techniques to release emotional pain and regain a sense of peace
Be guided by a certified Grief Recovery Specialist in a small-group setting
Participate from the comfort and privacy of your own home via secure video conferencing
You are never required to share more than you’re comfortable with. The workshop is gentle, supportive, and focused on healing—not reliving the pain.
By the end of the workshop, many participants report feeling lighter, clearer, and better equipped to move forward with hope and emotional freedom.
