About The Format

This program can be taught once a week for 8 weeks or twice a week for 4 weeks. There are 2-3 days in between sessions if offered twice a week. Each session is approximately 2 hours long. There is reading and assignments in between sessions. New participants can join on sessions 1 or 2; after session 2 the group is closed. GRM Support Groups are not drop in style groups. All GRM programs are confidential, structured and action oriented.

A Note From The Presenter:

This is a 100% online group designed to be available for people who are unable to meet in person but who desperately want to heal their broken hearts. The program is designed to be completed in 8 sessions. In preparation for this holiday season we will meet every Monday night at 5:30PM central for 2 hours.
You will leave not only having completed one relationship but with the tools to continue and work on any loss that comes up during during your self discovery of grief and loss.

*** Please be aware that there is reading between sessions and that will take some time, and this is a group format. If you are local, and prefer an individual setting we can discuss in-person availability or we can set up one on one sessions via zoom. **
