I was introduced to the GRM by a dear friend Sara Felushko who is an Advanced GRM Specialist. I experienced the death of my sister most recently and prior to that my parents and brother. I have also had lots of transitions in my life; divorce and career. I have learned new tools from the Grief Recovery Method that have helped me bring closure to several major life losses. I will provide GRM services in the Greater Vancouver area, British Columbia, Canada. My background includes practising as a Master's prepared registered nurse for many years and helping families manage after the death of loved ones. I also have family members who are 1st Responders and hope to offer services for police, fire-fighters, para-medics as well as health care providers and families. Career transitions can also be a time of loss and my years of corporate work will enable me to understand and offer grief recovery education to people in life transitions.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
