After the sudden death of my mother, I was devastated and had no idea how to move forward in life without her. Finding the Grief Recovery Method Program was life changing! I am incredibly grateful for this program as it taught me not only what grief is but that everything I encountered was normal. I felt validated and comforted for the first time. Additionally, I was able to be myself due to the safe environment that was provided for me. Most importantly, it not only healed my heart, but equipped me with tools to recover which I continue to use with other losses I experience in my life.
I became a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist because I believe in this program. I have a heart for those who are hurting. With Grief Recovery, I am able to impart hope and let grievers know that they matter and are not alone.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
