I am a Registered Nurse who has worked in a variety of capacitites and sectors within the health care field, including critical care, patient and staff education, health care management, and Public Health. My work in health care has provided me with a wealth of eperience, education and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Through life circumstances and opportunities in recent years, my journey has taken me into the world of Grief Recovery. On this transformative journey, I have both witnessed and experienced the positive benefits of using the Grief Recovery Method to heal from such issues as grief, loss and trauma.
As an Advanced Grief Recover Specialist®, I am currently offering Grief Recovery Programs to individuals 18 years and older, via videoconference and in person. I offer individual one to one, as well as group sessions.

This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person or online with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
