So many people never get over the losses they have had in their lifetime. If you are suffering from the pain and sadness of grief, I have a process that helps people get relief from their grief. It is an action program for moving beyond your loss that will help you to feel relief from the grief you have.

Studied at University of Missouri Kansas City. Individuals have allowed me to assist them for over 25 years during my career as a Social Worker. Helping families and individuals through the pain of loss and finding peace is one of the most rewarding endeavors I have chosen. I have also suffered many losses in my life. The biggest loss I have experienced to date is that of my best friend who completed suicide. Through all of my studies and life experiences I was not prepared for this sudden loss. I was never given the tools and steps to grieve with any positive outcomes. The Grief Recovery Method gave me the tools I needed to recover from grief and regain energy and spontaneity. It also gave me the motiving factors to assist anyone who may be suffering heartache, hopelessness and sadness to finding joy and happiness.
