Hi, my name is Sandy Frost. I live in Omaha, Nebraska. I am a Grief Coach and a Grief Recovery Method Specialist. Formerly, I was a high school nurse, a Spanish teacher and a licensed real estate agent. My greatest accomplishments are that of wife, mother and grandmother.
After the sudden accidental death of my oldest son, I founded a private grief recovery group on facebook with 3600 members and growing daily.
