My Journey of Grief, Healing, and Hope

Greetings,

I am Rebekah Lea Phelps. My life’s mission has been to support those facing death, grief, and heartbreak, with the hope of bringing renewal and restoration.

Over ten years in hospice and thirteen years as a senior advocate, I have guided more than 100 families through the challenges of caring for loved ones with Dementia and Alzheimer’s, helping them navigate loss in its many forms.

After learning in 2016 of my genetic risk for breast and pancreatic cancer, I underwent *mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. Since 2010, I have helped others with grief, and in 2024, was recertified in Grief Recovery—a transformative choice that convinced me many suffer from unresolved grief rather than depression....
