The loss of a pet can be emotionally devastating. Sadly, the impact of the heartbreak of this type of loss is often downplayed or ignored by friends and family. This 6-meeting program is focused on offering pet owners an effective mechanism for taking action to move through and beyond their grief.
About The Format
This program is taught in 6 sessions, either once a week for 6 weeks or twice a week for 3 weeks. There are 2-3 days in between sessions if offered twice a week. Each session is approximately 2 hours long. There is reading and assignments in between sessions. GRM Support Groups are not drop in style groups. All GRM programs are confidential, structured and action oriented.
A Note From The Presenter:
Losing a beloved pet can be devastating.
Our animals are family, companions, comfort, routine, and unconditional love. When they are gone, the grief can feel enormous—and too often unseen or misunderstood by others.
This 6-session online Pet Loss Support program provides a compassionate, guided process designed to help you move through grief one step at a time. Each session offers a thoughtful progression, helping you better understand your loss, identify the emotions connected to it, and work through the pain in a supportive and meaningful way.
Over the course of our time together, you will be gently guided through the impact of the relationship, the heartbreak of the loss, and the emotions that may remain unresolved—such as sadness, guilt, anger, regret, or loneliness. This is not about rushing grief or minimizing love. It is about having a clear and supportive pathway through it.
Your grief is real. Your love is real. And healing is possible.
