Chaplains at Heart
Aaron Coffman serves as a Licensed and Ordained Chaplain and Licensed Clinical Counselor, carrying a mandate to see hearts restored through authentic intimacy and intimate union with God and the transforming power of Christ-centered healing. Rooted in reverence for God’s presence and guided by intentional spiritual discernment, Aaron’s ministry reflects a deep pursuit of the Father’s heart for those walking through grief, trauma, and profound loss.
Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Aaron has ministered extensively to individuals, families, and veterans facing end-of-life care, death, major life transitions, and personal loss, offering compassionate presence and redemptive care in hospice, crisis, and recovery settings. He serves as the Clinical Director of the Grief Recovery Center of Oklahoma and HeartMend, leading holistic programs that integrate emotional, psychological, and spiritual restoration. Aaron also functions as a Healing and Deliverance Minister with God’s ER and as a PCG Crisis Intervention Chaplain, responding to moments of trauma and emergency with Spirit-led care. Through his life and calling, and as a former veteran, Aaron helps others—including those who have served in the military—encounter the reality of intimate union with Christ and step into renewed hope, healing, and wholeness.
Trained in multiple evidence-based and faith-integrated modalities, Aaron is certified in the Grief Recovery Method and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT). His professional experience spans Hospice Chaplaincy, Outpatient Behavioral Health, and Inpatient Addiction Recovery Center settings.
In 2006, Aaron received a clear calling from the Lord to go back into the Army as a Chaplain—a pivotal moment that shaped his mission to minister to both spiritual and emotional needs. Whether working with the Body of Christ or veterans and military communities, Aaron brings a compassionate and integrated approach to healing hearts and restoring hope across spiritual and natural realms.
