Throughout my twenty-seven years as a teacher, my mission has been to fill the pupils’ hearts with laughter and help them to grow; nurture their sense of wonder; give them the courage to try new things; the curiosity to seek new answers; inspire them to believe and be the best that they can. When our hearts are heavy we can be the learn, we can not be emotionally present to enjoy the beauty of life. Grief Recovery gives you the tools to make a difference so that we have the ability to feel good, function well, sustain strong relationships and thrive.
This program is for people who prefer to work one-on-one rather than in a group setting. The 7-session format utilizes the same proven materials as the group programs and can be completed in-person with a Grief Recovery Method Specialist specifically trained to help people move through loss with dignity and respect.
