I honestly cannot imagine anyone more suited to facilitating our Grief Recovery program than Candace and Mandy. They work well as a team, unified in their methods and goals, yet individual in their stories and experiences. They were both willing to share their personal stories, which encouraged and enabled the participants to share our own stories and to be open, vulnerable and trusting. We always knew that we had their full attention, were respected and were heard. Their feedback was supportive and encouraging. They are exactly what I needed.

These facilitators created a safe and comforting space for me to be able tomdo the necessary work. They encouraged and challenged me in ways I could have never imagined. They were always there to talk to throughout the program day and night and always checked in with us to see how we were doing after a tough session. I am so very greatful for their kind hearts and knowledge.

I didn't even realize the Grief and pain I had been carrying for so many years. this program helped me to realize which loss I needed to deal with first. It is very difficult for me to open up in this regard as I have always been the care giver. But our Grief Recovery Specialists were so amazing at giving us a safe, secure, confidential place I found myself open up in a way I have never before in my life. This program has literally saved & changed my life and now I am going to be doing whatever I need to, in order to bring this into my life's work of helping people through their pain. Forever Grateful to Candace & Mandy!!!

I have finally have rid of my anger with the terrible relationship I had throughout my life with my mother! She is no longer alive, but I had so much resentment towards her, and the Grief Councilling help me get it off my shoulders as I have never told anyone how I felt. I will be taking more with the recent death of my oldest son, but I cannot deal with his death yet, as it has been most recently. When I am ready I will attend the course again and go through our relationship we had with each other before he passed away. The course I have taken has given me confidence to deal with other relationships in my life! I truly appreciated the help from the course and the Coordinator’s, would take it again anytime!
