Outstanding. I have even told my sister with stage 4 cancer to order that book and do the graphs. I realized I grieve so many things. Dealing with the loss of my father lifted a huge weight off my shoulders not dealing with it caused me even more grief. I can't be more thankful it was nice to have a teacher who shared and understood and who actually felt too.

I was very happy to participate in this class. I had a lot to deal with that I had brushed under the rug, or that was unresolved. Throughout this class, I have learned a lot about myself and have been able to understand things differently that I've carried with me for years. I am able to move on and felt like I took the time to work on some things I've struggled with for 15+ years. This class helped me learn how to deal with loss and helped me get closure for things I never thought I would get closure for. I am proud of my progress. Thank you!
