I have done other courses on grief but it was the combination of apologies, forgivenesses and significant statements in the final processes that unlocked the ‘internal unspoken hurt’ that been shut-down and shut-in for decades…. It was the Leaders that made all the difference for me. They created and held such a safe space, along with the working with smaller 2-3 people that allowed maximum benefits from the GRM. The book alone did not ‘inspire’ me to work alone…but now having followed ‘the Method’ once with help and support …I can repeat the process on my own for many other ‘incomplete relationships’ for greater and further healing.
